Plus is a one-time purchase processed by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple.
Use.
Rainbow Noise is for personal use on Apple devices you own or control.
No warranty.
Rainbow Noise is provided as is. It plays audio for comfort and focus. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Listen at comfortable volumes.
Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Changes.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
